xv999 Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules & Player Agreement

1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "xv999" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" — refers to the xv999 online casino and sports betting platform operated at xv999.io and all associated subdomains and services.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" — refers to any individual who registers an account on the xv999 platform and uses any of its services.
• "Account" — the registered user profile created by a player upon completion of the xv999 registration process.
• "Balance" — the aggregate of real money funds held in a player's account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.

• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

• "BDT" / "৳" — Bangladeshi Taka, the functional currency of the xv999 platform for players located in Bangladesh.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the xv999 platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

3 Eligibility

• You must hold only one active xv999 account. Individuals with an existing xv999 account are not eligible to register an additional account under any circumstances.

xv999 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where eligibility requirements are not or can no longer be satisfied. All balances associated with an ineligible account may be forfeited at xv999's discretion.

4 Account Registration

To access the full range of xv999 services, you are required to complete the account registration process in full. During registration you will be asked to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and preferred payment method.

You agree that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent update is truthful, accurate, and current. xv999 may, at its sole discretion, require you to submit identity verification documents — including a national ID card, passport, or birth certificate — before approving your account, processing a withdrawal, or granting access to promotional offers.

• Each player is permitted to register exactly one account. Multiple accounts per person are strictly prohibited.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your xv999 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. xv999 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or telephone.

xv999 strongly recommends that all players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their accounts. All transactions and gameplay sessions conducted using your correct login credentials will be treated as authorised by you, regardless of whether you personally initiated them.

In the event that you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact the xv999 support team immediately. xv999 accepts no liability for losses resulting from a player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.

6 Deposits & Payments

xv999 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh:

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status and chosen payment method. All deposits are credited to your account in BDT at the prevailing rate applicable at the time of the transaction.

7 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time via the xv999 account dashboard. All withdrawals are subject to identity verification. Players who have not completed the full KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process may experience delays or restrictions on withdrawal processing.

Standard withdrawal processing times at xv999 are as follows:

• bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay: 2–6 hours from approval
• Bangladeshi bank transfers: 6–24 hours from approval
• Visa / Mastercard: 24–72 hours from approval (subject to card issuer processing times)

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction. Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the xv999 account from which the withdrawal is requested. xv999 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests that are unusually large, originate from recently changed account details, or trigger our automated fraud detection systems.

Bonus funds and pending bonus wagering balances are not eligible for withdrawal until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Attempting to withdraw before wagering requirements are satisfied may result in the forfeiture of associated bonus funds.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

xv999 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer at the time of issuance. In the event of any conflict between a specific bonus offer's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.

General bonus conditions applicable to all xv999 promotions unless otherwise specified:

• Bonuses are issued for entertainment purposes and must be wagered in accordance with the applicable wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Each player is entitled to claim any specific welcome bonus offer once only. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus via a second account constitutes a terms violation.
• xv999 reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus funds will expire if the relevant wagering requirements are not completed within the time period specified in the individual offer terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.
• xv999 reserves the right to withhold or reverse bonus funds where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation of promotional systems, or betting patterns inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between players or accounts.

9 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed and games played on the xv999 platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or betting market. These rules are accessible within each game lobby and sports betting market interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before wagering.

With respect to sports betting, including cricket markets covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other tournaments:

• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or otherwise not completed, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules of the affected market.

With respect to casino and live dealer games, all outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or by live dealer procedures conducted under independent supervision. xv999 does not influence game outcomes in any way.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the xv999 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances, including real-money balances, without compensation:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in registering a duplicate account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players in any casino game, poker variant, or sports betting market.
